No Returns Policy
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon TCG products, we do not accept returns on any purchases. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
If your Pokémon TCG product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but may incur a 3% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the initial transaction.
